Craig Coussins has been creating Bonsai since 1973 after seeing a wonderful Bonsai and collection in his native Scotland. He has been at the forefront of Bonsai development in the UK starting and funding the Scottish Bonsai Association in 1978 until he left in 1987. He was a Steering and then committee member of the Federation of British Bonsai Societies in 1983 until 1986. He has since toured the world teaching at clubs and conventions in many countries including America, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and throughout Europe.
Craig Coussins has written six best selling Bonsai Books. Bonsai for beginners, Totally Bonsai, Growing Bonsai, Bonsai School, Bonsai Handbook and Bonsai Masterclass.
Craig has a small collection at his home in Scotland and maintains that with his friend Belgian Bonsai Artist, Peter Foele.
