Joshuah Roth New Talent Competition 2005
The competition took place in Washington D.C. during the 2005 World Bonsai Convention.We were working on collected Ponderosa pines.One of the participants,Barth Thomas,sadly passed away in 2006.Barth was the most happiest guy,he was working on his tree right next to me,when all of a sudden he said:”Oh,[silence],I think I cut off my apex..”And he laughed and laughed..Oh Barth,we will miss you!..
