Mad City Bonsai

So this winter started out real warm, I mean real warm for Wisconsin almost up the the new year.

Then we get a dramatic cold spell for about a month. Complete with fridged subzero  temps. And just plain old horrific wind chills.

An now we just got dumped on by either “old Man Winter” or “Jack Frost” or both. The official measure was 15 inches of snow in two days (this past weekend). With 6-10 more on the way.

And of course  part of my landscaping duties include shoveling snow(when it snow that is). Worked for almost 30 of the 48 hour weekend shoveling driveways, sidewalks, digging people out. Digging the plow truck out (7 times).

Well it is over for now and spring will be here before we know it. . . get ready!

As always the other editors and I are always searching for new features and better ways to use the features that we do have.

This can be quite the daunting task.

Most of the time we do what we think you want to see as part of the site, sometimes we do what we want to see out of the site.

Again we are always looking for better ways to serve you, so suggestions are always welcome.

Sunshine works for a major convenience store chain in the area, and a couple of weekends ago they had their annual company party.

It started with a “Murder Mystery” dinner, it was neat.

But then we get to the raffle.

And I won this.

I know what you thinking, but look closely.

What a crazy winter it has been this year.

Started with temps in the 50’s (F), and for the next few days the high is going to be around -5(F).

I hope my tree make it through.
