Indonesian Bonsai Expo

Established in June 2007 by collaboration of 6 person : Robert Steven, Freddy Kustianto, YW.Junardy,  J.Wenas, Soelistio Sidhi, Honggo Jiwo Saputro and Henri Nurcahyo; who are highly dedicated in the Indonesian bonsai society, sponsored by  Green Hobby, Flora and Agro Trend, the  leading flora magazines in Indonesia.

The mission is to promote bonsai as an art form and to help artists and small nurseries to market their bonsai mainly for export orientation. Other objective is to educate bonsai farmers to cultivate bonsai by intensive and productive method; as well as to upgrade Indonesian bonsai quality by aesthetic and artistic approach through its affiliated Indonesian Bonsai Art Discussion Forum (information can be viewed on the related page on this blog).

Indonesian Bonsai Expo will be a marketing mediator providing all neccessary facilities including export documentation, quarantine and shipment. IBE will conduct annual exhibition in international scope by inviting individual bonsai enthusiasts, collectors and bonsai related firms from around the world. IBE is also presenting an online gallery and market place for selected bonsai available on sale in Indonesia.

Condition & Term :

1. Prices are not including shipping freight and export handling charge if any, or any expenses may occure at destination port.

2. Total order value below USD 2000.- will be surcharged of USD 150.- for wooden-packing fee, quarantine and shipping document.

3. Shipping method upon buyer’s request.

4. IBE will only ship trees in good condition, but will not responsible for any damage during the shipping.

5. Buyer should provide their Import Lisence or other document if neccessary.

6. As the trees are growing, the condition of trees shipped may vary from the pictures shown; so IBE reserves the right to judge the condition to be shipped.

7. Payment in advance.

8. No claim and return back policy.

    Saya pemula dalam bonsai, karena itu saya ingin memiliki satu bonsai berkualitas yang ditangani oleh masterpiece seperti Pak Robert untuk penyemangat saya dalam

    saya tertarik dengan bonsai Bapak yang Premna microphylla (GL-5 ). Kalau boleh saya tahu berapakah harga lokal untuk bonsai tersebut Pak.

    Hi Robert
    First of all, great web site and wonderful trees.
    I was wondering how easy or hard it would be to import some of your trees to New Zealand as we have some very strick laws involving live plant imports .New Zealand customs requires all soil matter to be removed from the roots , would the plant survive this harsh treatment, and have you exported to New Zealand before.
    Also i will be in Bali in September 08 and wonder if it is possible to come and see you and your wonderful tree

    nama saya i komang sudipa, saya sekarang tinggal di palu. saya mau nanya bisakah bapak membantu saya membimbing cara merawat serta mentraining bonsai saya ! karen saya punya bakalan bonsai santigi sebanyak 25 pohon. karena selam ini saya sangat mengagumi bonsai bapak yang begitu bagus serta berkarater, serta serarsi dalam perantingan sehingga hasilnya sangat bagus.

    First of all, great web site and wonderful trees..
    Saya dari kelantan,Malaysia dan pernah menghadiri kursus yg diajar oleh pak Robert. Sy berterima kasih kepada Pak Robert kerana sy kini sudah mempunyai knowledge yg berguna utk membuat bonsai.
    Disini sy ingin bertanya kepada pak Robert…sy mempunyai koleksi island plant seperti maba buxifolia,premna,pemphis acidula dan celore atap. Buat masa ini sy belum pernah menyiram dgn sea water..adakah perlu kerana sesetengah berpendapat needs sea water in order to survive as bonsai. bonsai that are not given a regular spray of sea water become very weak and sooner or later, branches die back after a while or worse, we may lose the tree.
